SHIPPING:

Shipping Costs:

• For orders over $300AUD - shipping within Australia is free via Australia Post Express.

• For orders under $300AUD shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $20AUD via Australia Post Express.

• International delivery is via DHL at a charge of $99AUD. Orders are processed within 48 hours and delivery may take approximately 5-7 working days. Please be aware this is not inclusive of any potential import duties or taxes.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

For delivery within Australia, we endeavour to ship your order within 1-2 working days, with delivery to be made within approximately 1-3 working days.

International delivery is via DHL and may take approximately 5-7 working days.

Please note your delivery may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Riada Concept is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges.

In addition, international deliveries may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Riada Concept, you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping at a cost to Riada Concept), duties, fees, taxes and / or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping. 

Riada Concept must be notified within 5 days of receiving your goods for any claims for damages to the goods or a shortage in supply to the items ordered.

Free In Store Pick Up

At RIADA CONCEPT we offer a free in store pick up service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up from the RIADA CONCEPT Store. Please bring proof of purchase to:
