Massimo Alba was a designer and creative director for a number of influential brands for decades before he launched his own brand. In 2006, in a space of 350 square metres in Milan’s Naviglio area, he launched his own line of handkerchiefs and men’s and women’s wear. His first stores opened in Milan and inside the historical Palazzo Lacellotti in Rome, in 2014. Three years later, stores opened in Liguria, Bellagio and Taormina, before Massimo Alba was distributed to the US and the Scandinavian market.
