Shipping and Returns


Shipping Costs:

  • For orders over $300AUD - shipping within Australia is free via Australia Post Express.
  • For orders under $300AUD shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $15AUD via Australia Post Express.
  • International delivery is via Australia Post at a charge of $50AUD. Orders are processed within 48 hours and delivery may take approximately 3-5 working days. Please be aware this is not inclusive of any potential import duties or taxes.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

For delivery within Australia, we endeavour to ship your order within 1-2 working days, with delivery to be made within approximately 1-3 working days.

International delivery is via Australia Post and may take approximately 3-5 working days.

Please note your delivery may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Riada Concept is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges.

In addition, international deliveries may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Riada Concept, you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping at a cost to Riada Concept), duties, fees, taxes and / or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping. 

Riada Concept must be notified within 5 days of receiving your goods for any claims for damages to the goods or a shortage in supply to the items ordered.


Free In Store Pick Up

At RIADA CONCEPT we offer a free in store pick up service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up from the RIADA CONCEPT Store. Please bring proof of purchase to:

For purchases made via the RIADA CONCEPT website (excluding sale items), we offer the opportunity to return your item for an exchange if you are not happy with your purchase.

Please note shipping fees are non-refundable. 

A return or exchange will only be processed when:

- You have received confirmation of your return request by RIADA CONCEPT (via email for online returns, or by one of our staff members for in store returns).

- The products purchased are received in the original condition - including all tags attached, no damage and no signs of wear.

- The return is made within 10 days of the delivery date. 


In Store Returns and Exchanges

Online purchases may be accepted in store for an exchange. Please note due to many of our items are imported season sensitive limited editions, returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of the delivery date of your order. Please note a return or exchange is at the discretion of RIADA CONCEPT and will only be processed if the products purchased are received in the original condition - including all original tags attached in the original position, no damage and, no signs of wear.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on SALE items.

How to return:

Online returns will only be processed if you have submitted a return request via email to RIADA CONCEPT, and you have received a confirmation email approving your request.

If you wish to return an item, please email your return request to within 2 business days of the order delivery date. Include in the email:

- Your order number
- The original tax invoice, 
- The original e-mail address that you used to complete the purchase,
- A list of the items to be returned and the reason for the return/exchange.

Once you have submitted your return request, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your request. 

After our internal evaluation, should your return/exchange be approved, you will receive an email confirming the processing of your return/exchange and instructions on how to send the order back to us.

Please allow 5 business days for the processing of your return item/s. 

Faulty Items

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund any purchased item that is faulty provided that the item is returned and received within 7 days after the items have been delivered. The items must also still have the original swing tag attached and must not show any sign of wear. We only accept returns that are either faulty or wrong colour/size/item (it must differ from confirmed online order). Please note that every sold online item is carefully examined prior to shipment. In this process, photographs are taken to document the integrity of our product. Please note that we do not refund items based on the reason of ‘change of mind’. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the item and refund being approved. Please note that shipping charges may apply.

Outside the above timeframe, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please note that we do not process returns due to any inconvenience related to delivery methods/times/services providers.

Any credit card transaction fees including but not limited to foreign currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or allow refunds on SALE items.
