Cut from 100% cotton in a relaxed shape with dropped shoulders, it is covered front, back and sleeves in a collage of slogans and motifs in pink, neon yellow, sky blue, bottle green and chocolate brown, with a sequinned heart on the front, a sequinned 1999 on the back and bead-outlined lettering down the sleeves.
