The Happily is one of HIGH Everyday Couture's heritage boyfriend jeans, reworked in blue Candiani denim with handcrafted patches of striped, polka-dot and checked suiting fabric. Some are stitched to the surface, others are set inside and show through raw-edged openings, reinterpreting the repairs found on vintage denim. Enzyme washing, abrasion by hand and spray treatments give the denim its tonal, lived-in character, and the leg curves gently to an ankle-length finish. Made in Italy.
Paired with the Tactical Tartan-Trim Jacket in Denim Blue, which has checked suiting fabric set into its collar and cuffs, the jeans form a full patchwork look. With a leather jacket and loafers, they suit a weekend in the city or an unhurried lunch.
